Usage, quotas and what happens at the ceiling
Where the numbers come from and what runs out.
Your plan sets a few limits. Usage shows where you are against each.
What is counted
- •Executions — one agent run, however many tool calls it makes inside.
- •AI messages — turns sent to a model.
- •Tool calls — individual calls to your connected software.
Counters reset at the start of each billing period, not on the first of the month.
Resource limits
Agents, connections, team members, API keys and webhooks are counted as they exist rather than per period. Reaching one stops you creating another; it does not disable the ones you have.
Hitting a ceiling
A run that would exceed a quota is refused before it starts rather than stopped halfway through. The error says which limit was reached.
Nothing is deleted, and nothing is silently degraded. If you need more, change plan and it applies immediately.
Unlimited is not the same as zero
A plan showing no limit on something has no limit. A plan showing zero has that feature turned off. They look similar in a table and mean opposite things.
